Chief Information Officer
I was born and raised in Annapolis Maryland where I held my first IT job working for the National Security Agency (NSA). In 2003, while being employed with Saeco USA as the Information Systems Manager , I moved with the company to Solon Ohio, where I worked until 2012 when the company was sold. I then opened multiple home and garden stores in the Cleveland and Columbus markets, handling all operations from site location, product selection, online sales, and marketing. I decided to retire from the retail world after 8 years. In 2020 I was approached by Journey Home Foster care to help move them to an online software system for their foster care needs and to help them move into the next phase of their growth. I now can pursue my passion of IT while working with children in foster care. My 4-legged fur baby Peanut comes to the office with me and is employed as one of the CBOs, Chief Barking Officers. I enjoy learning new technology that can make other’s more efficient in their jobs. I’m currently back in school after a 20-year break. In my spare time I enjoy camping, traveling, and spending time with my dog Peanut.
