Our sister agency, Quality Moments, LLC, is seeking to hire a Clinical Supervisor.

We are looking for teammates who are dedicated and have the patience and ability to work with the most vulnerable population of children and families in Ohio. Pay Range:

  • $52,000 - $60,000 Annually

Essential Roles:

  • Complete diagnostic assessments, individual/group counseling, treatment planning, and case management.
  • Responsible for developing, planning, and implementing mental health treatment within best practices for the mental health needs of the children and families.
  • Supports and trains staff about agency and program practices and pertinent clinical/mental health information.
  • Supervising and supporting staff to assure that services are in accordance with the program description.
  • Responsible for conducting evaluations of staff and make appropriate recommendations to report to the Executive Director.
  • Maintaining relationships with referral agencies regarding current clients. Relationship development includes regular visits and email/phone communication to referral sources.
  • Provides an environment that promotes respect for clients, their privacy, and confidentiality that follows HIPAA regulations.
  • Ensures that client safety through regular supervision of staff, documentation review, and direct observation of service provision. 

Job Qualifications:

  • LISW, LMFT, or LPCC license required.
  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling or related field and five years of experience working with at-risk youth.
  • Two years of prior supervisory experience preferred.
